Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract.

However, this right does not apply to:

• Digital content that is delivered immediately after purchase, if the customer has given express consent to waive the right of withdrawal.
